Our Mission and Vision

Our Mission
Mission Statement – Yola Guz Si Se Puede Foundation
The mission of the Yola Guz Si Se Puede Foundation is to transform lives and uplift communities through the power of floral design as a tool for healing, education, empowerment, and joy.
Our foundation is rooted in the belief that creativity can open doors to new opportunities, restore dignity, and foster emotional well-being across generations.
We are committed to:
- Floral Therapy for Children with Down Syndrome – Harnessing the calming and sensory benefits of floral design to provide therapeutic experiences that enhance emotional connection, motor skills, and self-expression for children with special needs.
- Career Pathways for High School Students – Inspiring and equipping young people to pursue viable and fulfilling careers in the floral industry through workshops, mentorship, and hands-on design education that builds confidence and sparks creativity.
- Empowerment of Single and Abused Mothers – Offering professional floral design training to women facing hardship, enabling them to gain marketable skills, achieve financial independence, and reclaim their power through artistic expression and career development.
- Joy and Peace for Senior Citizens – Enriching the lives of our elders through floral design activities that stimulate memory, foster social interaction, and bring moments of happiness, relaxation, and artistic engagement.
Through these four pillars, the Yola Guz Si Se Puede Foundation continues to build a legacy of compassion, empowerment, and beauty — proving that with support, education, and flowers, Sí Se Puede.
Our Vision
We envision a world where floral design becomes a transformative
tool for healing, empowerment, and opportunity.
The Yola Guz Si Se Puede Foundation is committed to building inclusive programs that uplift children with special needs, inspire high school students to pursue careers in floral arts, empower women facing adversity and bring joy and connection to senior citizens.
Our vision is to foster personal growth, economic independence, and community well-being — blossoming lives through creativity, compassion, and purpose.
What We Do
Programs that Flourish With You
We pride ourselves on our initiatives that inspire positive transformations in communities.
Our main programs reflect this mission:

Therapy for Children with Down Syndrome
Our Flower Therapy for Children with Down Syndrome project enriches the lives of children by connecting them with nature through floral art. Children actively participate in creative activities that stimulate their senses and strengthen their well-being. This therapeutic approach not only promotes serenity but also strengthens confidence and joy as they explore their creativity. Our goal is to paint a bright future for each child, petal by petal. Donate or volunteer to support our mission and leave a lasting impact!

Youth Development and Training
We are committed to nurturing the future by providing young people with the skills they need to succeed in the floral industry. Through immersive workshops and hands-on training, they are encouraged to explore their dreams and realize their potential. This mentorship opens doors to rewarding career opportunities, creating a generation ready to inspire and innovate. We offer scholarships to ensure everyone has access to this transformative experience. Unleash your potential with flowers as a means of expression!

Teaching Flower Skills to Empower Women
Our mission is to cultivate a community of empowered women who can thrive independently by mastering the art of floral design. Through practical training and expert guidance, women acquire the tools necessary to achieve financial freedom and support their families. With our support, many have blossomed into successful entrepreneurs, proving that creativity is a liberating force. Empower yourself and other women by joining our transformative programs!

Teaching Older Adults How Flowers Can Make a Difference in Their Lives
We believe in bringing joy to older adults by teaching them to embrace the comforting and uplifting power of flowers. Our workshops introduce them to the beauty of floral design, creating an environment of creativity and friendship. This process brings light to their lives, rekindling happiness and improving their quality of life. Through these classes, seniors discover renewed purpose and new joy. Brighten a senior's day by participating in this heartwarming project!
